1.What shipping methods do you use?

We ship all items by UPS/FedEx/DHL International Express to customers all over the world. Note: UPS/FedEx/DHL DO NOT deliver on weekends or national holidays.

2.How much does shipping cost?

Shipping fee is depending on the country and shipping method you select. Shipping fee is US$10 for FedEx and US$20 for DHL to the United States and Canada. We can ship to other countries as well, such as Australia, New Zealand, UK, Ireland, France, Germany, etc. If you are from another country outside of the countries shown on our website, then simply contact our email [email protected] before placing the order and we will be able to quote you a price.

3.Can you ship to a P.O. BOX address?

Unfortunately we cannot ship to any P.O. Box addresses. We require all customers to provide us with an actual address to that we can ensure your products will reach you safely.

4.Do I need to sign my order?

FedEx and UPS Express Air couriers both require a signature, therefore please ensure someone is available to sign for the package.

5.How can I track my order after it has been shipped out?

After we ship the order out, we will email you a tracking number, which you to follow up directly on the chosen couriers website.

6.Can you ship orders overseas, how long will it take for me to receive it?

We can ship orders all over the world. Once you have placed an order, we will email you proofs within 36 hours. After you have confirmed, you will receive your order within 7-12 working days. In order to ensure that your items arrive in time for your customers, please use the following calculation to determine the estimated date you'll receive your order:(Processing Time) + (Shipping Time) = Estimated Delivery Time.

It usually takes about 5-10 working days.
The period of time from when you submit your order to when the order leaves the warehouse. In this period we may contact you to confirm order details or prepare your custom order product.

For stock orders, processing time is estimated between 7-10 days.
For all printed orders, changes to color orders and sample orders, processing time may take up to two weeks.

Shipping Time

It usually takes about 3-5 working days.
The period of time is from when the item is shipped out, to when it arrives at your door.

The total period of time is from when you place an order to when you receive your wedding invitations, includes the processing and shipping time.

Please allow 3.5-4 weeks on any printed orders, changes to color orders, sample orders and other custom-made orders.

7.I need my cards as soon as possible. Do you take rush orders?

We will try our best to accommodate your schedule. After reviewing details of your order, we will let you know whether it can be completed within your requested time frame.
Unfortunately we cannot accept any urgent orders during our peak season. Therefore we ask that you try to plan ahead and leave as much time as possible, so to avoid disappointment and delays for your customers.

8.Do you send samples?

1.Why choose your products?

Choose our unique luminous products for versatile, eye-catching decor and exceptional one-stop service for all your event needs.

2.Can all products be customized?

Yes, all products can be fully customized including size, colors and shapes etc. For custom products, please send your design in PDF or AI format to our email: [email protected]

3.What's your MOQ? (Minimum Order Quantity)

The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for reception decor is 10 pieces, while for cards, it is 30. If you require fewer than the listed options on our website, please contact us directly for a custom quote.

4.How do I place an order?

You can place your order directly through our website. If you have any difficulty on our order page, contact us—we’ll provide a quote and a special link for payment.

5.I have a large order. Do you offer bulk pricing?

Absolutely! Please contact us directly if you plan to place a large order. We will provide a quote based on your order quantity.

6.How can I track my order after it has been shipped?

After we ship the order, we will email you a tracking number, which you may follow on the chosen courier’s website.

7.I need my order as soon as possible. Do you take rush orders?

If you are pressed for time, you’d better select “Rush Order(+$20.00)” at the section of “Special Requirements” on the product details page. After reviewing the details of your order, we will try our best to expedite processing your order so that you may receive your order within your requested time frame.

8.Can I make changes to my order?

Yes! We’re happy to help refine your design. Each order includes 2 complimentary revisions with digital proofs. Additional revisions cost $7 each. Please carefully review your proof before approving it. Because of our fast production schedule, we cannot guarantee changes once the order enters the factory.

9.Can you print languages other than English?

Yes. This service is free for bulk orders. However, customers must provide the wording and verify its accuracy. For sample orders, printing in a foreign language costs $5 per sample (same wording and size).

10.What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept Paypal, Visa Card, MasterCard, DiscoverCard, American Express, E Check (Note: If you use E-Check, the process will take up to 4 working days due to the clearance process.) and Western Union (Note: If you wish to use Western Union, you can contact us for further information).

LED Information

1.How are these LED products powered?

For stationery & table decor items like invitations, table number...they are powered by button batteries. (You can choose with batteries or without)
For larger items like signs and backdrops, they require USB power. We provide free power cords and connectors.

2.What battery is required and what’s the battery life?

Powered by one or two button batteries (Model: CR2025 or CR2032) depending on the size of the products.
USB-powered items have unlimited usage. Battery life exceeds 20 hours. Best lighting effect is within the first 10 hours.

3.What light colors are available?

You can choose cool white or warm white for LED invitations, table decors. For signs and backdrops, there is an additional colorful lighting option.

1.Do you offer bulk discounts? What is the MOQ?

Yes. The larger the quantity, the better the price. For different products the MOQ varies. Orders below MOQ require a separate quote, please contact us at [email protected] for assistance.

2.I don’t like the glowing version. Can I order a non-light-up one?

Yes, we offer both light-up and non-light-up versions. For some products you can directly order non-light-up one on the website otherwise please contact at [email protected].

3.Do you offer customization? How do I customize the text or design on luminous products when placing an order?

Yes, we offer customization. You can customize the color, pattern and text, etc. Please contact our customer service team or email your artwork directly when placing the order at [email protected]

2.Is there a minimum order quantity?

The MOQ for menu cards and place cards is 30pcs. For signs and backdrops, the MOQ is 1pcs. For table numbers, the MOQ is 10pcs. If the order quantity is below the MOQ, please email to [email protected] for a quote.

3.Are there stands available for luminous decorations? Are they suitable for outdoor use?

We provide matching desktop stands for table signs, table numbers, etc.
For larger signs and backdrops, we can offer hole-punching services, allowing customers to hang them up. If you need a stand, we currently offer two options, and you can email to [email protected] to confirm the size.(All luminous decorations are suitable for outdoor use.)

We offer a free upgrade to large envelopes. The extra U.S. mailing cost is $1.5–$2/pc.

4.How are invitations assembled? Do you provide battery installation?

Simply insert the battery into the back battery compartment. Please note that JC offers battery installation and shipping services. When placing your order, you can choose between two options: with battery or without battery.

5.Can I order luminous tags separately?

Yes, options include fridge magnets, keychains, etc.

6.What occasions are suitable for luminous invitations or Tags?

Return & Cancellation Policy

1.Can I cancel the order?

It depends on the situation.
  1. If you just place the order and we haven’t sent you the proof, you will be able to cancel your order and receive a refund. You can contact us immediately about the cancelation.
  2. If you dislike our e-proofs or the quality of our service BEFORE we process your order, it is also OK to cancel the order, but $15 of the design fee will be deducted when we provide you the refund. Because the designer had spent time on the design of your order.
  3. Custom products cannot be canceled or returned if they have already been made.

2.What is your return policy?

Returns may be considered under the following conditions only:
  1. If the neon sign you receive doesn’t work, please attach a short video of your sign as well as photos within 7 days. So we suggest you check all details asap when you receive the product.
  2. Please note that we require both a video and photo(s) for diagnostic and quality purposes. If you are not able to provide both a video and photo(s) of the problem then our ability to rectify your issue will be limited. Once we have received all of the required information we will be in touch to try to resolve the issue.
  3. If a replacement has been agreed Janice Paper will produce and ship the replacement product to you as soon as possible.
  4. If a full or partial refund has been agreed Janice Paper will let you know when you can expect to receive the refund.
  5. All requests for returns due to mistaken shipments must be approved by us within three working days from receipt of order.
  6. You are requested to provide us with the Authorization number of the shipping goods. Failure to approve the Authorization will result in no action.
