2.Can all products be customized?
Yes, all products can be fully customized including size, colors and shapes etc. For custom products, please send your design in PDF or AI format to our email: [email protected]
3.What's your MOQ? (Minimum Order Quantity)
The minimum order quantity (MOQ) for reception decor is 10 pieces, while for cards, it is 30. If you require fewer than the listed options on our website, please contact us directly for a custom quote.
4.How do I place an order?
You can place your order directly through our website. If you have any difficulty on our order page, contact us—we’ll provide a quote and a special link for payment.
5.I have a large order. Do you offer bulk pricing?
Absolutely! Please contact us directly if you plan to place a large order. We will provide a quote based on your order quantity.
6.How can I track my order after it has been shipped?
After we ship the order, we will email you a tracking number, which you may follow on the chosen courier’s website.
7.I need my order as soon as possible. Do you take rush orders?
If you are pressed for time, you’d better select “Rush Order(+$20.00)” at the section of “Special Requirements” on the product details page. After reviewing the details of your order, we will try our best to expedite processing your order so that you may receive your order within your requested time frame.
8.Can I make changes to my order?
Yes! We’re happy to help refine your design. Each order includes 2 complimentary revisions with digital proofs. Additional revisions cost $7 each. Please carefully review your proof before approving it. Because of our fast production schedule, we cannot guarantee changes once the order enters the factory.
9.Can you print languages other than English?
Yes. This service is free for bulk orders. However, customers must provide the wording and verify its accuracy. For sample orders, printing in a foreign language costs $5 per sample (same wording and size).
10.What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Paypal, Visa Card, MasterCard, DiscoverCard, American Express, E Check (Note: If you use E-Check, the process will take up to 4 working days due to the clearance process.) and Western Union (Note: If you wish to use Western Union, you can contact us for further information).
